The Business Leadership Program BLP began with the mission of training businesspersons how to build businesses God’s way. The institute offers e-Learning modules, based upon both biblical principles of economics and business practice.
Built into the curriculum is the inherent concept that deeper learning follows effective service to others.
BLP provides a sharply defined perspective for how Biblical truth impacts marketplace thinking and practice. The training produces transformation both in participants' lives and in their businesses.

THE INTENSIVE
密集课程
In Asia, an annual event is held each June. The event is open to all, but is a requirement for those continuing onto BLS200 (the second year of the BLS course). For those planning to enroll in BLS100 (the first year of the BLS course) attendance at an Intensive in advance is not a requirement but is encouraged.
The goal of the Intensive is to inspire and envision attendees, and to lay a foundation that will help prepare them for the curriculum and mentoring component that will follow throughout the year.
亚洲BLS每年六月都会举办一个大会。此大会是开放给所有人参加，但对准备上BLS200 （就是BLS第二年的课程）的学生，参加此大会是报读BLS200的条件之一。至于准备上BLS100，（就是BLS第一年的课程）的学生，我们会鼓励，但学生可以选择是否先参加密集课程。
密集课程的目的是希望可以激发出席者，并为接下来一年的课程殿下基础，让学生对课程和导师带领的部分作预备。

We are committed to community and firmly believe that God builds relationally by joining the hearts of men and women. Most students will go through the course with a local small group of students and their facilitator. In addition, we have a growing alumni who continue to build with us and serve the vision of the course.
我们委身于群体，也深深相信神透过联结人与人的心，建设在关系上。大部分学生会和当地一群学生跟着一位辅助者一起完成课程。我们也有一群毕业生不断和我们一起建设，为这异象努力。
CURRICULUM
课程表
Following the Intensive, students work through the curriculum that is spread throughout the year. Students participating in the course are required to work with a facilitator with whom they will meet on a regular basis. Facilitators are trained and screened by GoStrategic and are assigned at the begin of the course.
密集课后，学生会按接下来一年的课程表上课。上课的学生必须参与课程并与辅助者定期会面。受过训练的课程辅助者是由GoStrategic筛选过，并在课程开始前就安排好的。
The Mentor-based model is critical to the success of the course. Our desire to see students work with a facilitator is based in our conviction that genuine transformation in a person's life takes place in the context of spiritual relationships with other men and women. The role of the facilitator is to encourage and challenge the students as they work through the material. Facilitators are all graduates of the course themselves and have also completed a special training school specifically designed for BLS Facilitators.
